It's been a fun, but busy Tuesday!
This morning during Math with continued with practising sketching solid objects. This time students had to take 3 linking cubes and draw a 3-D picture of them on isometric paper. We started a new activity for Language called The Tell-Tale Heart Insanity Plea. After giving the legal definition of insanity, students were split into two groups: Defense and Persecution. Each group will treat The Tell-Tale Heart as if it was a written confession and using the document will try to prove whether the Villain of the story is insane. For Gym, students played games like a frisbee version of bocce ball. During Science, we continued with our Shoebox Ecosystem presentations. We ended the day with French where students worked on finishing up their French menus.
Homework:
Math: Finish questions 1-5 on pg. 50-51 in the Math workbook.
Language: Finish the Police Report. It is due tomorrow.
History: Finish the 3 questions on the Treaty of Utrecht.
