We had a class full of zombies post-Halloween, but we managed to get some work done!

We started our sleepy morning in Math with our first unit review on Ratio and Rate. Students are preparing to get ready for our Unit Test next week. For Language, we finished drawing our visual definition for the word: MACABRE. We then listened/read our last short story, The Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe. Afterwards, we discussed the events of the story. Students continued to practice throwing and catching a frisbee in Gym and then played a game of Kan-Jam. During Science we finished writing and drawing our observations for our bottle ecosystem experiment. We ended the day with French, where students practiced getting ready for their presentations.

Homework:

Math: Finish questions 1-6 on pg. 41-42 in your Math workbook.

Language: Read or listen to The Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe. The drawing for the visual definition of the word MACABRE is due tomorrow.

History: Historical Figure assignment is due tomorrow.

Science: Work on Shoebox Ecosystem assignment. Only one week left!
