What a busy Thursday!
This morning during Math we looked at how to identify a polyhedron and then learned how to draw a cube using isometric dot paper. For Language, students continued working on their police report for The Tell-Tale Heart. Students are currently answering questions on their graphic organizer to help them develop the details for their police report. We joined the grade 6 class during Art to work on a wreath for our Remembrance Day ceremony tomorrow at Heritage. Students were busy painting poppies using watercolours and then cutting them out for our wreath. We had a great class discussion about plagiarism and how to paraphrase and cite information. We ended the day with some fantastic Shoebox Ecosystem presentations.
